Using this site - ADA Accessibility

How do I place my order?

All packages must be purchased online. Packages will go on sale beginning with the Artist Presale on Thursday, February 26 at 10am PT. Click “Purchase” next to your desired package and you will be directed to the venue’s ticketing site to secure your packages.

Is there a ticket purchase limit?

Yes. VIP packages are limited to 6 tickets per transaction.

Are these packages all ages?

The age policy varies by venue, but most shows are open to all ages. Please check the venue’s website for more information.

How can I request accessibility accommodations?

If you require ADA accommodations for your concert experience, please submit your request as soon as possible by contacting us HERE and include the following information:

Please be sure to include as much information when submitting your request so we can ensure you have proper accommodations. All ADA requests will be processed in the order they are received and dependent on availability.

Accessible seating accommodations will vary based on venue availability. Once your request is received, we will go over all available options.

How will I receive my concert tickets?

All tickets will be delivered digitally. In the weeks leading to the event, you will receive an email from Ticketmaster with instructions to claim your ticket(s). Click into this email and add the tickets to your Ticketmaster account or digital wallet. You will be required to use the same email address used to purchase your 100x package when accessing your tickets in Ticketmaster. Tickets may be presented digitally or printed prior to arrival.

How will I receive my merchandise?

All package merchandise will be distributed at 100x check-in upon arrival. Items must be picked up on-site as we cannot ship merchandise!

Where can I keep my merchandise during the show?

There is no onsite storage for guest merchandise. Guests will need to keep merchandise on their person, or leave it at their seat at their own discretion. 100x is not liable for any misplaced merchandise.

When will I receive information about 100x check-in?

More information and further instructions including 100x check-in location and schedule will be emailed to the purchaser, at the email address used for purchase, 5-7 days before the event. 100x is not responsible for failed / blocked / misdelivered / bounced email delivery.

Can I use my 100x VIP package for a promotional giveaway?

No. VIP packages may not be used for promotional giveaways. Please refer to our Purchase Policy for additional details.

What if my plans change and I no longer want my purchased package?

All 100x packages are non-refundable. Please refer to our Purchase Policy for complete details. If you accidentally purchase the wrong package and hope to change your order, reach out to us immediately HERE and we will assess what we can do to help.

Our VIP Packages

Can I choose either a Premium Reserved seat or General Admission ticket?

All VIP packages will include a GA (General Admission) ticket!

What is a General Admission VIP ticket?

General Admission (GA) VIP tickets provide entry without an assigned seat. Guests may be directed to a designated standing or seating area, depending on the venue.

GA VIP packages include early venue entry, allowing guests earlier access to the venue.

Are Platinum tickets the same as VIP?

No. Platinum tickets are not VIP tickets and do not include VIP amenities or experiences. Please use the information provided on the venue’s ticket ticketing page to ensure you are purchasing an official VIP package.

Is parking included with The Strokes - VIP Early Entry package?

The Strokes – VIP Early Entry package does not include parking. Please check the Bill Graham’s Civic Auditorium website for more information regarding venue parking.

Is there a bag policy?

The Bill Graham Civic Auditorium generally enforces a strict bag policy for most events, allowing only clear bags (up to 12″ x 12″ x 6″) or small clutches/wristlets (up to 4.5″ x 6.5″). Large backpacks, purses, and luggage are not permitted. For more information regarding the bag policy, please visit the Bill Graham’s Civic Auditorium website.
