How do I place my order?

All VIP packages must be purchased online. Packages will be available during the presale on and public on-sale periods as communicated on the official event website.

After clicking “Buy Now” next to your desired package, you will be directed to our official ticketing partner to complete your purchase.

Is there a ticket purchase limit?

Yes. VIP packages are limited to 4 tickets per transaction.

Are these packages all ages?

Age restrictions vary by venue. Most shows are open to all ages, but we recommend checking your local venue’s website for specific age policies.

How can I request accessibility accommodations?

If you require ADA accommodations for your concert experience, please submit your request as soon as possible by contacting us HERE and include the following information:

Please be sure to include as much information when submitting your request so we can ensure you have proper accommodations. All ADA requests will be processed in the order they are received and dependent on availability.

Accessible seating accommodations will vary based on venue availability. Once your request is received, we will go over all available options.

How will I receive the merchandise included in the package?

All merchandise will be distributed at the 100x VIP check-in on the day of the event and must be picked up then!

Please note we cannot ship merchandise before or after the event.

Where can I keep my merchandise during the show?

There is no onsite storage for guest merchandise. Guests will need to keep merchandise on their person, or leave it at their seat at their own discretion. 100x is not liable for any misplaced merchandise.

When will I receive VIP check-in information?

More information and further instructions including check-in location and schedule will be emailed to the purchaser, at the email used for purchase, 5-7 days before the event. These details may vary per show depending on the artist and venue schedules. 100x is not responsible for failed / blocked / misdelivered / bounced email delivery.

What if my plans change and I no longer want my purchased 100x package?

All 100x packages are non-refundable. Please refer to our Purchase Policy for full details.

Our VIP Packages

Can I choose either a Premium Reserved seat or General Admission ticket during checkout?

If your selected VIP package offers multiple ticket types, you will have the opportunity to select either Premium Reserved or General Admission during checkout. Please review ticket details carefully to ensure you select your preferred option.

What is a General Admission ticket?

General Admission (GA) tickets allow entry to the event without an assigned seat. You may be given access to a designated GA area, but seating/standing locations are first-come, first-served.

GA VIP packages include early venue entry (where available), allowing guests earlier access to the venue.

What is a Premium Reserved ticket?

A Premium Reserved VIP ticket includes a specific assigned seat. Seat location details will be displayed during the purchase process before you complete your order.

If I purchase a Platinum ticket, is that the same as VIP?

No. Platinum tickets are not VIP tickets and do not include VIP amenities or access. Please ensure you select the correct VIP package before completing your purchase.

How will I receive my concert tickets?

Ticket delivery options will be presented during checkout and vary by venue. Please review delivery details carefully when completing your purchase.

Is parking included?

VIP packages do not include parking. Please check the venue’s official website for more information regarding venue parking.

Is there a bag policy?

Bag policies vary from venue to venue. Please visit the venue’s official website for current policies and permitted items.
